We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. It might happen that due to un-fortunate events the shipping get delayed a couple of days. As a small business we will try our best to help you get your order on time

Sometimes it might happen that you are not able to track your order or see the order in processing. In such situation do not panic, this means that we have received your order & have started stitching it.
Once done stitching it would be dispatch for which you would receive the tracking link once the order is scanned at the airport/shipping warehouse
A pre-order occurs while we've got incoming stock that has not but reached our fulfilment centres. You can nonetheless order those merchandise and we can deliver as quickly as inventory arrives. This is normally on, or near the desired date on the product web page.

- There are shipping fees applicable for CoD (Cash on delivery) orders
Each & every product at PLOR® is made with immense affection & care. We do not rush our orders, so delivering it on short notice/time period is very difficult
For now we have strict no refund policy.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In case of damaged/defective product received a unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required, without video refund request will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@theplor.in or WhatsApp us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately write to us with your order number and name, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We shall ship the merchandise you requested for, as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
